In voluntary pension, voluntary salary is a salary that a person gives themselves and can be changed at any time.
You are flexible to change your voluntary salary every month.
Your voluntary salary can not increase more than 30% in 3 years.
If you have ever been in the mandatory pension scheme, your voluntary salary can not be more than 130% of your last official salary from your last employer.
Any person who joins the voluntary pension scheme must indicate their voluntary salary (the amount which you want RSSB to base on while calculating your pension contribution)
Every month, a member of the voluntary pension scheme should pay 6% of the voluntary salary they indicated as their pension contribution.
Paying the above-mentioned 6% contributions, is not mandatory for members of the voluntary pension scheme. However, not paying contributions regularly affects your pension benefits in the future.
