Easily navigate the process of claiming your pension benefits with our step-by-step process.

Identity of the deceased
A valid NID or RSSB number of the deceased is necessary to confirm their identity and contribution history, which is essential for validating the survivor's claim.

Identity document
A valid NID is necessary to confirm the identity of the survivor or dependent applying for benefits, ensuring that the correct individual receives the pension.

Certificate of being alive
